Drinking almond milk now
Since I drink lattes and such in the morning/afternoon I figured I would try switching to almond milk instead of dairy. It tastes really good! Like soy (and I love soy, but don’t drink it because of my concern for soy’s supposed hormonal effects). I’m not gonna stop having dairy, I’m just gonna have it in smaller quantities.
