Good afternoon! How are you doing? Okay, well I was wondering how do you get motivated to exercise when you have little to no energy? I've been slacking for a about 2 and a half weeks now since school has gotten out and now I have a stress test coming up in a couple weeks. Just wondering what I could do to have more energy to get back into the groove of exercising. Thank you so much!

I don’t so much rely on motivation as I do force myself into doing things XD If I don’t feel like working out in the morning that’s too bad for me, because I drag my ass to the gym anyway. I think it’s all a matter of training yourself to expect a workout each day. If you don’t work out then you feel “off”… it’s sort of like a morning coffee routine.
