I don’t so much rely on motivation as I do force myself into doing things XD If I don’t feel like working out in the morning that’s too bad for me, because I drag my ass to the gym anyway. I think it’s all a matter of training yourself to expect a workout each day. If you don’t work out then you feel “off”… it’s sort of like a morning coffee routine.
